  • iProspect India ropes in Anil Kotian as AVP – Client Servicing

    iProspect India has roped in Anil Kotian as AVP – Client Servicing. He will be based out of Mumbai and will report to Rubeena Singh, CEO, iProspect India. As AVP – Client Servicing, his chief mandate will be to help drive strategy for iProspect clients.

     

    Prior to joining iProspect India, he was Client Lead at Wavemaker India where he handled clients such as Mercedes Benz – Daimler AG, Rolex GA, Singapore Tourism Board, Infiniti Retail – Croma, First Cry, IDFC Bank, Reliance ADAG, ASUS India and many more.

     

    Commenting on the appointment, Singh said: “We are excited to have somebody with the calibre of Anil in our team. Given his diverse experience, I believe, he will add a lot of value to our clients’ business.   • ITC awards digital media mandate to Wavemaker India

    GroupM agency Wavemaker has been awarded the consolidated digital mandate by ITC. Wavemaker has been AOR for ITC media since 2017. The account was being handled by a consortium of its agencies under the Dentsu Agencies Network.

  • Wavemaker to handle media mandate of Cure.fit

  • Wavemaker executes latest campaign for Jaago Re Version 2.0

    Tata Tea has launched its latest film titled “Celebrate the Goddesses of our Homes” for their digital campaign Jaago Re Version 2.0. Conceptualised by Wavemaker, the new digital film is an extension to the latest campaign of Tata Tea which is on the theme of pre-activism ‘Alarm Bajne se Pehle Jaago Re’.

     

    Speaking on the new digital film, Puneet Das, Head – Tea Marketing India at Tata Global Beverages said: “Tata Tea-Alarm Bajne se Pehle Jaago Re has been driving messages of ‘Preactivism’ in a relevant and thought-provoking manner. On the occasion of Durga Puja, we wanted to connect with our consumers at an emotional level and while drawing a parallel with the celebration of the goddess, reiterate the message of respecting the (Women) goddesses in our homes.”

  • Kumar Deb Sinha moves from Wavemaker to Dentsu’s Story Lab

    The Story Lab (TSL), the specialist content agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has roped in Kumar Deb Sinha as the new country head for its India operations. Based out of Mumbai, Sinha will report to Kartik Iyer, President Media Brands and Amplifi – Dentsu Aegis Network India and the Executive Sponsor for TSL in India.Prior to this, Sinha was National Director – Content at Wavemaker India, a GroupM Company.

  • Wavemaker India appoints Karthik Nagarajan as Chief Content Officer

    Wavemaker India has announced the appointment of Karthik Nagarajan as Chief Content Officer. Nagarajan will lead product development and growth expansions for the content vertical at Wavemaker India.

    In his new role, Nagarajan will be working closely with Kartik Sharma to build and integrate content, creative and technology services. Prior to joining Wavemaker, Nagarajan led the content practice for GroupM, where he helped agencies evolve the content product into one that is digital by design and data-driven. He was pivotal in building a strong case for content for GroupM, within the industry. In the new alignment, Quasar – the creative & technology agency will also report into him.

  • Wavemaker to manage digital creative and social mandate of TGBL’s tea and coffee brands

    Wavemaker India has won the digital creative and social media mandate for Tata Global Beverages’ tea and coffee brands in India.

     

    The mandate includes building the social media profile for the India tea and coffee brands of Tata Global Beverages on social media, developing a social media strategy, and strengthening Tata Global Beverages’ position in the category. The account was won post a multi-agency pitch. It may be noted that there is no further change reported in the mandate for traditional (non-digital) creative work.
