  • L&K Saatchi & Saatchi Roshni Kavina as NCD

    L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, part of Publicis Groupe India, has strengthened its creative leadership by appointing Roshni Kavina as National Creative Director. Based out of the agency’s Mumbai office, she will report to Kartik Smetacek and Rohit Malkani, the agency’s Chief Creative Officers.

    She joins L&K Saatchi & Saatchi from Byju’s International, where she was Brand Strategy and Creative Head for North America and Canada. In addition, she founded ‘The Nextdoor Artist,’ an art studio, in 2013.

  • L&K Saatchi & Saatchi unveils campaign

    L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, part of Publicis Groupe India, has conceptualised the latest campaign for SRF Floron AC gas, a SRF Limited brand.

    Said Rohit Malkani, Chief Creative Officer, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi India: “It isn’t easy to advertise or tell a story about a product that is neither seen nor heard. We went in search of an ‘Oh! I never knew Floron did that!’ idea. We aimed to bring the AC refrigerant out of its hiding place and give it its rightful value in life situations. The result is a set of films that are fun, quirky, and delightful.”

    Added a SRF Floron representative: “’Cooling Tomorrow Together’ is more than just a campaign; it’s a pledge of tranquillity amidst life’s chaos. In collaboration with SRF Floron, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi has artfully captured our vision: to redefine comfort.   • L&K Saatchi & Saatchi creates IPL TVC for Greenpanel

    Greenpanel, the manufacturer of wood panels, has unveiled a TVC in collaboration with L&K Saatchi & Saatchi.

    Speaking on the latest campaign,  Rohit Malkani, Chief Creative Officer, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi said: “After the hilarious and hugely popular Greenpanel IPL film last year, the pressure was back on to do another winner. We had Greenpanel toss us a product (Greenpanel Water resistant HDWR) that started off an explosion of fun ideas. But finally, we honed in on a film-in-film technique that uses Delhi Capital players to do what they’re best at – bloopers!”

    L&K Saatchi & Saatchi has strengthened its strategy leadership by elevating Snehasis Bose, its Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), to the role of Group Chief Strategy Officer. With this, Bose will now oversee strategy across L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis India, and Saatchi & Saatchi Propagate. Additionally, Ekta Relan takes over the reins as the new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for L&K Saatchi & Saatchi. Together, Bose and Relan will collaborate to enhance the agency’s strategic initiatives.

    L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, part of Publicis Groupe in India, has appointed Balakrishna Gajelli as Executive Creative Director (ECD). He will be based in the agency’s Mumbai office and report to Kartik Smetacek, Chief Creative Officer at L&K Saatchi & Saatchi. He has worked with FCB Ulka, BBDO India and Leo Burnett India in the past.

    Commenting on his appointment, Smetacek said: “This will be the second time I’m working with Bala. He’s a solid thinker, a talented designer and a trustworthy individual. In recent years, he’s also gained a lot of experience with non-traditional work, working on some on India’s most awarded campaigns. It’s fantastic to have him be part of our team.”

    L&K Saatchi & Saatchi has appointed Debanjan Basak as Executive Creative Director. He will based in Gurugram and report to Rohit Malkani, Joint National Creative Director.

     

    Prior to joining L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, Basak was with Havas India as a Group Creative Director. His earlier stints include Contract Advertising, Dentsu Creative, and Percept.

     

    Commenting on the appointment, Malkani said: “Good things come to those who wait, and I am certainly hoping the adage proves true with Debanjan (Debu).
