Q. We are on Wednesday, Dec 30. Two more days and it’ll be 2021. In a terrible year in every possible way, was there any silver lining that you noticed in 2020? Something that you think was the saving grace?
A. One dominant and positive trend of 2020 is the accelerated trend of techtonic shifts in every sector for navigating the pandemic-led uncertainties and reinventing business models for business process continuity. I am sure the pace of digital transformation has been faster in 2020 than perhaps any previous decade. There is no doubt that pandemic has hastened the acceleration.
