  • Alia Bhatt stars in Titan Raga campaign

Titan Raga timepieces has announced the launch of its latest campaign, ‘Beautiful Together’.

Said Aparna Ravi, Marketing Head, Titan Watches: “Raga as a brand has consistently been driving deep and meaningful narratives about women. ‘Beautiful Together’ is our conscious effort to recognize a bond that’s often overlooked – the incredible strength and support women find in each other. We are thrilled to have Alia Bhatt on board, who perfectly epitomizes the spirit of sisterhood. We believe this campaign will resonate with our audience and inspire them to celebrate the amazing women in their lives.”

Added Tithi Ghosh, President and Head of Office, Ogilvy South: “Titan Raga has always fronted conversations that genuinely speak to women. Raga watches are designed to evoke beauty and femininity and these are pillars of all our Raga campaigns. Today femininity is evolving from being about individual choices to a collective hurrah. Women feel fulfilment and joy in celebrating each other not just for the big wins but also for the little things that earlier would not be noticed. This beautiful spirit of sisterhood is captured in our new campaign in which we see how the tiniest of moments can also become uplifting when women simply come together.  We have deliberately chosen instances that are highly relatable like lending a helping hand in making wardrobe choices to paying a compliment to another woman in a trial room. The brand platform Beautiful Together resonated with our brand ambassador Alia Bhatt, known for her tightly knit circle of girlfriends and the infectious positivity they collectively generate. The essence of sisterhood she herself embodies made her the ideal candidate to advocate this heartwarming message.”

  • Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta launches TVC

    By Our Staff

Adani Wilmar, the food and FMCG company, has launched a new TVC.

Speaking about the TVC, Vineeth Viswambharan, Associate Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Adani Wilmar, said: “Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta is one of the fastest-growing brands in the category. Consumers vouch for its consistently great quality, which makes it easy to knead and consistently deliver soft rotis. Over the years, we have come to better understand our consumers and their lives, as well as the role that Fortune plays in their lives. We seek to make their lives a little easier through a perfectly ground atta that is easy to knead and makes delicious soft rotis. This film is a labour of love, a tribute to the lives of those we serve. Of the trials and tribulations of earning our daily bread (Roti Ki Mehnat). Of the warmth & harmony of Indian homes today. Of the shared responsibility among couples to balance home and work. We hope it will touch you, the way it touched us.”

Added Puneet Kapoor, Chief Creative Officer, Ogilvy South: “While contemplating the product proposition of a flour that effortlessly binds, we recognised the irony: easy to knead, yet hard-earned. This reflects the daily struggle of numerous Indian middle-class families, where couples toil tirelessly, whether in the workplace or as homemakers, just to put bread on the family table. This ad is an ode to such working-class heroes.”

Added Tithi Ghosh, President and Head of Office, Ogilvy South: “Due to popular demand Mad Angles is back with a bang! Earlier ads for Mad Angles created certain iconic elements like the ‘MMMM’ and the rotating triangle. The most memorable work has always played with a duality – on the surface several laugh out aloud comic moments but for those who seek a little more there is always something cerebral tucked into the narrative. Our new ad focuses on taste and makes ’MMMM’ of the product stand out with all madness Mad Angles loyalists expect from the brand.”

Fortune, the edible oil brand, has released its new master brand campaign conceptualised and created by Ogilvy.

Said Sanjay Adesara, Marketing Head of Fortune Oils, on the launch of the campaign:  “Home-cooked food holds a special place in the heart of every Indian. With rising health consciousness, a reconnection to our roots, and the desire to explore and experiment with various cuisines, more and more Indians are turning to home-cooked food. We at Fortune have always championed home-cooked food and wanted to celebrate this relationship people have with home-cooked food as it enables the formation of new bonds, strengthens old ones, and helps the maker express their love, care and affection for others.”

Added Tithi Ghosh, President & Head of Office, Ogilvy South: “The Fortune brand, which built its equity through cooking oils, now spans a wide range of kitchen staples like Atta, Rice, Besan, Dals. The stature of the brand is derived from not just oils but this range. Our task is to continue to build this stature and scale for Fortune. Fortune over the last decade has consistently spoken about the ‘value’ of home cooked food. This value extends beyond the health, wholesome taste aspect, to intangible values of love and nurturance. The platform is universal and timeless, only needing a gentle refresh in terms of the depiction of our audiences whose lifestyles and identities are evolving. The brand wants to be seen as more inclusive as it reminds its diverse users – men and women, young and old who are using multiple Fortune products, of the emotion behind home cooked food. While being made from the same ingredients, it’s the love, care that adds a special flavor and taste to the dishes which ultimately distinguishes one cook from the other.”

  • Titan Eye+ unveils new ad campaign with five films

    By Our Staff

Titan Eye+ launches its new ad campaign featuring five different films, each of 10 seconds duration. The campaign, ‘Acha Hua’, conceptualised by Ogilvy, plays on the good old adage of ‘whatever happens, happens for good’ presenting the uncomfortable experience of breaking a spectacle as an opportunity to get the best vision.

Maneesh Krishnamurthy, Marketing Head EyeCare Division, Titan Company Ltd., said: “Titan Eye+ is seen as the category expert but Indian consumers often also seek tangible value for money. With this campaign we are showcasing the exceptional value that Titan Eye+ brings through five shorties showcasing our innovation in lenses and value for money services and product. In a category bereft of occasion shopping, we have introduced one with a humourous twist. We’d love to be top of mind everytime a spectacle is broken because it gives you an opportunity to switch to Titan Eye+.”

Puneet Kapoor, Chief Creative Officer, Ogilvy South: “The idea came from the thought that if you haven’t got your eye prescription from an able expert, chances are you are toting glasses that might not be suited best for your eyes. Hence the breakage or loss of spectacles is an opportunity to get the right prescription and solution from an expert brand that cares about your eye health. This was the genesis of the spectacles breaking campaign with the idea-line ‘Accha hi to hua’. The humour that came from the many entertaining ways in which people lose or break their glasses in ingenious ways.”

  • Ogilvy creates film for Skinn Fragrances by Titan

    By Our Staff

Fragrance brand Skinn by Titan has launched a digital film featuring actors Sanya Malhotra and Suhail Nayyar for Valentine’s Day.

Said Ankit Kasliwal, Head of Marketing, Fragrance Division, Titan Company Limited: “There are often expressions of love that remain unsaid as words fall short while conveying the true depth of feelings. Gifting a fine fragrance to a loved one thus becomes an intimate, and expressive gesture. For this Valentine’s Day, we wanted to capture this true essence of love that runs deep and showcase these imperfectly “perfect relationships” where the little unsaid moments can be rejoiced with Skinn by Titan.”

Added Divya Bhatia, Group Creative Director, Ogilvy South: “For this year’s Valentine’s Day campaign, we wanted to do something that not everyone would be talking about. But something that everyone could relate with. And that’s how we came upon the thought of what happens after you’ve fallen in love. When you’ve settled in the relationship. The reality is, the deeper the bond, the more comfortable the couple is to do their own thing and grow within the relationship. Taking that as a premise we went ahead and created this narrative with a twist. A narrative that celebrates couples for who they are, individually and together. After all, it’s the little imperfections that make each relationship perfect in its own way.”
