  • Vogo vrooms with Orchard for personal mobility

    Vogo, the scooter sharing company, has partnered with Leo Burnett Orchard to build the personal mobility market in India over the course of 2020. The agency will develop the long-term brand strategy, brand identity, the relaunch campaign for Vogo. The account was won through a virtual pitch and will be handled by the Bengaluru office.

  • Jeep retains Leo Burnett as its creative agency

    FCA India, manufacturer of the SUV brand Jeep, has retained Leo Burnett as its creative agency after a multi-agency pitch. The agency has been the creative partner on the account for the past four years. The account is handled out of the Mumbai office.

  • Cholayil gets Starcom and Digitas to manage entire communications mandate

    Building on the success of its creative partnership with Leo Burnett India, Cholayil has now extended its entire integrated communications mandate to more Publicis Groupe agencies. It has now brought on-board Starcom India as its media agency while Digitas India has been appointed to manage the digital communications mandate for the entire product portfolio under Cholayil.

     

    As part of the mandate, Starcom will manage strategy and media planning and buying across media platforms while Digitas will be providing a robust suite of digital marketing services for popular Cholayil brands such as Medimix, Cuticura, and Krishna Thulasi.

  • Leo Burnett strengthens Mumbai top deck

    Leo Burnett India has strengthens its senior account management team with three new appointments in Mumbai – Ashima Mehra joins as Senior Vice President, Maninder Bali joins as Senior Vice President and Sarina Baretto as Vice President.

     

    While Mehra has led brands at Godfrey Phillips India and Reckitt Benckiser where she was spearheading the PO1 team for Dettol in 15 developing markets globally, Bali joins from Publicis Singapore, where he was the Regional Business Director on P&G’s Safeguard global business. This is his second stint with Leo Burnett, previously Bali was Vice President at Leo Burnett, Mumbai where he led the agency’s marquee account McDonald’s nationwide.

     

    Baretto meanwhile has worked on brands like Zee Entertainment Network, Times of India, Femina, L’Oréal, Hotel Leela, Intercontinental, DHL, Polycab, Camlin, HDFC, IndianOil to name a few.

    Reliance Fresh has awarded its creative and digital mandate to Leo Burnett India and Indigo Consulting – both part of the Publicis Groupe. The business win comes after a multi-agency pitch and Leo Burnett India’s Mumbai office will be leading the account along with the Indigo Consulting team. The appointment will see the agencies responsible for integrated communications work, spanning brand strategy, creative, social and digital services.
