Q. Which consumer-facing entity – individual, brand or organisation – would you say has performed exceedingly well in the Lockdown? And why?
A. All atom businesses — where one-to-one virtual contacts are possible with the prospects like online education — must be doing well. Like ecommerce businesses. In the B2B space, tech companies should be doing well. And finally, all companies marketing essential products for human livelihood should also be doing well.
