Q. What’s better (or less worse): a tough boss or an inconsiderate one?
A. The answer to a question like this can’t be binary, especially when it’s context-specific, influenced by individual traits and is perceived by one’s personal narrative of a behaviour pattern. Consequently, one can’t generalise. It is better for a recipient of such a behaviour to self-introspect on why such a behaviour happened. So migrate from who is wrong to what is wrong.
