Q. It’s Diwali next week? For A&M in 2021, is it Diwali or Diwala. Festival of Lights or Festival of Plights?
A. I have always been an incorrigible optimist. And I am already noticing initial signs of revenge shopping, dining, travelling, etc. When consumer sentiments are up, demand-side spike happens and that leads to positive ripple effect across relevant stakeholders (inspite of supply side constraints in case of some sectors).
