Q. How do you react to a three-day work week like the one we are in. Happy that one has to work lesser or unhappy with the loss of time?
A. When one doesn’t enjoy work, this kind of question crops up in the mind. This is not to suggest that break from work isn’t welcome. But to make a coincidence of three days of holiday as an incidence of a three-day weekly norm is absurd. Post-Covid and post-accelerated digital transformation of the workplace, the keenness to work more and less leave has become an under priortised phenomenon. In the heart of their hearts, all classes of employees are considering ability and opportunity to work as a blessing. So, your query has become a non-issue at this juncture of human existence for a majority of the population.
