    Publicis Groupe India announced that it has further strengthened its content practice with the appointment of Hari Krishnan as Managing Director & Head, Publicis Content.

     

    Krishnan’s role involves bringing data-driven insight, platform content strategy, creative excellence and seamless delivery to the rapidly expanding field of branded content. He will lead the groupe’s teams of content specialists, as well as shaping further the groupe’s creative product, particularly around advice to brands about how to participate in culture.

  • Publicis Media picks up PepsiCo India mandate

    Publicis Groupe India has won FMCG major, PepsiCo India’s media mandate. The account was bagged post a multi-agency pitch process.

     

    With this development, PepsiCo India has consolidated its media, creative and digital business with Publicis Groupe.

     

    Commenting on this development George Kovoor, Senior Vice-President, PepsiCo India, said, “Publicis Media was selected after a very thorough and competitive pitch process.  Their expertise in areas such as media, data, digital, analytics, content, commerce, and ability to orchestrate and leverage diverse capabilities for seamless brand experiences led to them to be our partner of choice.   • Paritosh Srivastava, CEO L&K- S&S to also helm Publicis Worldwide

    Publicis Groupe India has announced that Paritosh Srivastava, the current CEO of L&K Saatchi & Saatchi will now also helm the operations at Publicis Worldwide India. Subhash Kamath and Russell Barrett, who were overseeing Publicis Worldwide India, move into a Groupe advisory role and BBH leadership role respectively, as announced earlier.

  • Subhash Kamath moves to advisory role. Dheeraj Sinha will also be Chairman of BBH, Russell Barrett is CEO & CCO

    Publicis Groupe India announced that it has appointed Dheeraj Sinha as the Chairman of BBH India in addition to his existing mandate as CEO & CSO, Leo Burnett, South Asia. Partnering Sinha will be Russell Barrett, as CEO & Chief Creative officer, BBH India. Subhash Kamath moves into an advisory role for the group on other strategic initiatives.

  • Lalatendu Das is now CEO Performics

    Publicis Groupe India has announced the appointment of former McKinsey Partner Lalatendu Das as CEO of Performics India. Current bosses Pallav Jain and Sarfaraz Khimani will focus on Publicis Groupe Central Initiatives.

     

    Das joins Publicis as CEO of Performics India, after almost 10 years with McKinsey, where he was Partner, Core founding member of McKinsey Digital Labs in Asia Pacific and co-lead McKinsey Digital and Technology practice, Asia Pacific. He is an engineer and an Executive Postgraduate in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

  • Roopesh Pujari is now CTO @ Publicis

    Publicis Groupe India has announced the elevation and appointment of Roopesh Pujari, to Chief Technology Officer for the market effective January 2022. In this role, Pujari will steer the development of all technology capabilities across the Groupe in India including expansion of cloud solutions, platform integration, capability and capacity building and streamlining partners.

  • Publicis Groupe launches PubHub

    Publicis Groupe launches PubHub, an ecosystem to create bespoke marketing transformation solutions at scale, through the integration of specialised capabilities across Data, Content, Technology, Production, and Commerce.

    PubHub will be led by Indigo Consulting CEO Rajesh Ghatge, who now additionally takes on the role of Chief Growth Officer, Publicis Groupe India. Ghatge is already leading the implementation of Global Hub for GSK.

     

    Ghatge has been with Publicis Group for close to four-and-a-half years and has close to three decades of experience across marketing and technology. Previously he has launched and built organisations in the space of travel, training and brand activation. Before joining Publicis, he also led a technology-enabled social enterprise which trained and certified school drop-outs to become certified elder care workers.
