  • Dhara recommends people to use less oil in cooking

    Leading edible oil brand Dhara has announced a nationwide campaign to promote lesser edible oil consumption as part of its efforts to promote responsible consumption for a healthy lifestyle. The campaign ‘Zara sabadlavbanaye life behtar’ will promote healthy living through healthy cooking via moderate use of edible oils.

     

    Said Dr Saugata Mitra, Director, Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd:  “Dhara, as a brand was introduced in the country three decades ago and has been present in both the refined and filtered edible oil segments. We have always been a conscious brand strongly advocating of healthy living, in fact, we were amongst the first ones to carry a statutory messaging recommending consuming cooking oil in moderation with physical exercise. This new campaign is an attempt to promote healthy lifestyle and encourage people to bring in small change for larger health benefits.”

     

    A TVC promoting good and healthy living will go live from May 24which mentions - Dhara keh raha hai khane mein tel daalo kam! This campaign will also mark a revival of Dhara’s signature tune ‘DharaDharaShudhDhara’ with a fresh twist; which featured in the popular Jalebi ad 25-years ago.

     

     

  • Mother Dairy unveils latest TVC for ‘Chillz’

    Leading milk and milk products player, Mother Dairy, has launched its new TVC for its Chillz range of ice creams, targeting the peer group – emerging consumers of India. The campaign has been conceptualised by Ogilvy & Mather, Gurugram, while the production has been executed by Chrome Pictures.

     

    Speaking on the Campaign, Randhir Kumar, General Manager – Marketing (Dairy Products), Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd: With the launch of Mother Dairy Chillz TVC we are targeting consumers who are fond of Ice-creams which are best to resist the heat in scorching summers. With growing urbanisation and exposure to global trends, the consumer expectations have also evolved. As a consumer-centric organisation, we take the the onus of meeting those expectations on us.”

  • Dhara celebrates India with latest campaign by DDB Mudra

    Festivals are a time when Indians consume a variety of food items.  This is the essence that ‘Tyohaaron ki Dhara’ DVC aims at capturing. The digital video campaign (DVC) opens with a doodle of Dhara that then transforms into a lady blowing a conch. The DVC then frame after frame captures the diversity of India and the celebration each festivity brings along and the love for food.

     

    Speaking about the new initiative, Sanjeev Giri, Business Head – Dhara, Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd, said, “Festivals and food bring not just families but the extended household and the entire mohalla together. All of us forget courtesies just to get our share of modak, gujjia, saviya or cakes. And that’s what we at Dhara believe is our nation all about. With this new initiative, we aim to reach out to masses and celebrate with them the festivities of India where our love for food has always been a binding thread.”

     

    To elaborate the campaign idea, Shivil Gupta, Executive Creative Director, DDB Mudra North explains, “Dhara is one of those brands that give a lot of opportunities for creativity to come out at its best. With this campaign, we tried to capture the true spirit of Indian festivals and how the signature delicacies of these festivals bring people together. To build on this insight, we took a simple yet effective route through an animation film. We’re pretty sure that this film will make this festive season even more special.”
