    Famous Innovations, the Mumbai-based independent creative agency, has announced that Manas Lahiri has joined the agency as COO effective from today (April 4).

     

    Lahiri has held senior positions at various agencies and brands, including Samsung, Motorola, McCann, Ogilvy, Havas Worldwide, and more.

  • Havas announces three senior appointments

    Havas Worldwide India, the creative arm of Havas Group India has announced three key appointments.  Govind Agarwal has joined as Vice President – Account Management. Meanwhile, Sulagna Chanda has been appointed as Associate Vice President – Strategic Planning, and Neha Gupta has joined as Associate Vice President – Client Servicing. Both Chanda and Gupta will work out of Havas Worldwide Delhi.

  • Havas appoints Sumeer Mathur as National Planning Head & Managing Partner

    Havas Group India has appointed Sumeer Mathur as National Planning Head & Managing Partner, Havas Worldwide India – the creative agency of the group with immediate effect.

     

    Mathur will be partnering Manas Lahiri, Managing Director and Ravinder Siwach, ED & NCD of Havas Worldwide (Creative) and collaborate with key clients including Reckitt, Citroën, Dabur, Suzuki, William Grant, Tata and Harman (JBL) among many others. He will be based out of the Gurugram office and report to Rana Barua, Group CEO, Havas Group India.

    Effective immediately, Manas Lahiri, President – North, has been elevated to the role of Managing Director and Ravinder Siwach, currently National Creative Director, has been promoted to the role of Executive Director and National Creative Director of Havas Worldwide (Creative) India.

    Lahiri will continue to report to Rana Barua, Group CEO, Havas Group India. He will lead both the offices (Gurugram and Mumbai) of Havas Worldwide India and work closely with the leadership team of the other Havas group companies to drive growth, digital innovations and help in the overall integration across businesses and functions. Siwach will continue to report to Bobby Pawar, Chairman and Chief Creative Officer, Havas Group India and continue to drive the creative excellence of the group.

  • Havas wins integrated mandate for Fortis Healthcare

    In these uncertain times, news of account wins are not just welcome, but need a loud cheer. Havas Group India has informed that it has bagged the integrated communication mandate for Fortis Healthcare. It will provide its integrated village model comprising creative, media and healthcare.

     

    The business was won following a multi-agency pitch in March. The agency will be handling the Fortis Healthcare Corporate and network business. As part of the mandate, Havas will be responsible for the creative strategy and execution across all offline platforms and brand tonality, thematic guidance for online platforms.

    Harman Kardon International, which operates brands Infinity and JBL in India, has awarded its integrated communication mandate to Havas Creative India for its recently launched brand Infinity. The agency has been selected to handle both online and offline platforms and won the mandate on the back of a multi – agency pitch.

     

    As part of the mandate, the agency will be responsible for creative strategy and execution. The business will be handled by the agency’s Delhi office.

    Havas Group India has appointed Manas Lahiri as General Manager Havas Gurugram. Lahiri’s mandate includes bringing in new business and managing overall operations of the Delhi branch, leveraging Havas Group’s integrated capabilities.

     

    With over 16 years of experience in advertising, Lahiri has worked with agencies like Contract Advertising, McCann, Ogilvy & Mather and Creativeland Asia.
