  • Sagnik Ghosh joins Liqvd Asia as Managing Partner

    Digital marketing agency Liqvd Asia has taken a quantum leap and announced seasoned marketer and business head Sagnik Ghosh as its Managing Partner. Ghosh will be based out of the company’s Mumbai office and will help build the communication across verticals like Media Planning & Buying, Performance Marketing, Brand Strategy, Online Listening & Reputation Management, Creative, Social Media and Content marketing solution.  Having spend over two decades in the business, Ghosh has worked recently with Star India and was earlier with Axis Bank, Grey Worldwide, TBWA India and HSBC.

  • Liqvd Asia unveils digital event ExFirst.com

     

     

    Liqvd Asia has announced the launch of its online exhibition gateway- ExFirst.com. Google is the premier partner agency and it has been curated by iKarmik. In future, ExFirst.com as an umbrella brand can be used to exhibit anything beyond fashion, by any sector or industry, notes a communique.

  • Liqvd Asia partners Legrand to create unique microsite

    Durga Puja is a festival that brings people together across India. This year, Legrand India and Liqvd Asia partnered to bring vibrancy associated with Pujo for people living outside their home towns through a digital only campaign.

     

    The duo created a real-time experience for the citizens around the country and elsewhere. Building on the excitement around the Pujo and allowing the people away from their hometown feel the pulse of the Pujo, the brand created a unique online destination dedicated to festive happenings.

     

    Liqvd Asia created a microsite on instagram “@ComeHomeToPujo.” The microsite has six image tabs displaying the different aspects of Pujo, like a virtual library. Clicking on a category leads to the pictures within the category, all of which have their own Instagram accounts. Like Legrand_pandals, Legrand_Food, Legrand_Moments, Legrand_Pujo, Legrand_idols and Legrand_Colourred. The tagging feature on the app was used to enable easy navigation and involvement from their users. A unique way of exhibiting similar to a website but in a way that turns head of the current Indian paparazzi generation.

     

    “Durga Pujo is a festival that is full of vibrancy, emotions, joy of celebrations and pride. Instagram was an ideal platform where we could capture the essence of this magic visually.  We created a digital micro-experience zone on Instagram using its tagging features and grid structure in an unconventional way that allowed users to experience Pujo in its full glory and visually explore each aspect that makes DurgaPujoso magnanimous as they would do in a typical microsite,” said Mallicka Singh, Head, Social Media, Liqvd Asia.

     

  • Liqvd Asia bags digital duties of Stylam Industries

    Liqvd Asia has won the digital mandate Stylam Industries Ltd, Panchkula-based  leading manufacturer and exporter of high pressure laminates, exterior cladding and exterior flooring. This was a multi-agency pitch.

     

    The mandate for Liqvd Asia is to manage social media marketing, content production, digital advertising, reputation management, search engine optimisation and website design for the brand. Liqvd Asia will work towards Stylam Industries Ltd’s positioning as a pioneer in the industry through enhancing relationships with existing and new consumer.

  • RR Kabel does the #AkalmandThing

    RR Kabel, the wires and cables arm of RR Global Group has launched its campaign on the digital platform. Liqvd Asia is the digital agency for RR Kabel.

     

    The campaign started with a burst on YouTube where the masthead was blocked for the day to take the user to microsite. A Twitter handle dedicated to the campaign was created where various ‘Akalmand’ conversations were held with people online encouraging them to take part in the quiz. A Twitter quiz contest is currently running with the hashtag #AkalmandThing – where a winner will be awarded vouchers worth Rs 10,000.

     

    Commenting on the campaign Kirti Kabra, Director, RR Kabel said, “The campaign focused on the conversation around “Doing the AkalmandThing” Taking this thought further, on digital we directed our overall communication to the same theme #AkalmandThing.”

     

    Kirti further added, “You see the video and reach the microsite where you are given multiple options to pick ‘what kind of Akalmand character you are?’ based on a simple questionnaire that had quirky questions and creative answers, you get a score. All leading to you getting a certificate in doing the  #AkalmandThing which people could share on their social handles and challenge their friend’s.”

     

    Conversation around the relatable topic of #AkalmandThing helped the campaign to become viral. In a single day, the #AkalmandThing hashtag with 50M impression and TVC with 100M impression managed to be the most spoken topic. Hashtag Akalmand Thing trended for more than four hours with various brands like Raymond, IIFL etc. taking part in the Akalmand conversation on Twitter.

     

    Speaking on the digital campaign Rashmi Putcha Co-Founder & Director, LIQVD Asia said, “We used a multi-screen approach using digital primarily to extend reach and garner engagement. The idea was to use the digital medium to not only drive interactions but to also capture rich analytical data that would provide actionable insights for further optimisation of the campaign.”

  • Vijeeth Shetty joins Liqvd Asia as President – Business & Services

In his new role, Shetty will oversee expansion of agency’s growth plans with respect to the Indian market. The multi-agency pitch was held over a period of two months with nine different agencies meeting the managing team of RR Group and presenting their respective strategies.

    LIQVD Asia has won the digital media mandate for Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. [IBHFL] in a multi-agency pitch. LIQVD Asia will be re-launching their digital marketing initiatives immediately. The campaign for the IBHFL products will start from India and will be gradually penetrating into other markets such as UK & UAE.

     

    Indiabulls Group has presence in Housing Finance, Real Estate, Asset Management and Securities businesses.   • Concept Communication acquires majority stake in Liqvd Asia

    Concept Communication announced it has acquired a majority stake in Liqvd Asia, an experiential digital marketing company. With this, the two founding members of Liqvd Asia – Arnab Mitra and Zubin Nalawalla along with their team of 28 will become an integrated part of the Concept Group driving the digital mandate in the country and select markets in Asia.

     

    Liqvd Asia started operations in 2013. Its clients include Celkon Mobile, Axis Bank, Benetton, LifeCell, Lonely Planet, Sennheiser, Kalpataru, Glanbia plc and Adidas Originals. The company is head quartered in Mumbai and has a presence in Singapore as well.

     

    Commenting on the acquisition, Vivek Suchanti, Chairman and Managing Director, Concept Communication, said: “This acquisition consolidates our position in the digital space.   • Celkon hands over digital mandate to Liqvd Asia

    LIQVD Asia has bagged the digital mandate of Celkon Mobiles, a leading manufacturer, which designs and manufactures a wide range of Windows and Android mobile phones. The company will now be handling the entire digital mandate for this brand.

     

    The agency which specializes in building digital experiences, will be designing strategies for all the digital assets of Celkon Mobiles including media buying, creatives, social media, search marketing, etc. and will lead complete Digital Services for the brand.

     

    On the decision of appointing LIQVD Asia as its digital agency, Murali Retineni, Executive Director, Celkon Mobiles said, “We have always been a pan-India brand with significant spends on digital but we are now planning an aggressive spike in our spends on the digital medium.
