  • Dentsu tables study on B2B buying behaviour

    Dentsu has published a study of B2B buying behaviour globally for the fourth consecutive year. The research provides a diagnostic platform that addresses the real drivers behind B2B buying decisions, where to improve the B2B buyer journey and the business impact  of experience.

    The Superpowers Index, originally published in 2021, uses a single metric that captures overall brand experience and provides a comprehensive, single index to help brands assess their performance against key criteria that drive success. This index offers insights, enabling businesses to fine-tune their strategies and achieve superior outcomes.

  • Dentsu announces global expansion of Innovation Lab

    Dentsu has announced the global expansion of the network’s innovation proposition, Dentsu Lab. The first global labs will be opening in London, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Mumbai and Bengaluru, with further international Labs planned for 2025. With this news, Dentsu has also announced the elevation of Sven Huberts to the role of President, Global Innovation & Experience and President, Dentsu Lab. Huberts will lead Dentsu Lab in partnership with Naoki Tanaka, the lead for Dentsu Lab Tokyo, now also appointed Chief Creative Officer, Dentsu Lab.

    Dentsu has announced the release of its global study Consumer Vision 2035: The Era of the Insight-to-Foresight Pivot, which charts the long-term consumer trends that will shape the next decade. The research shows a growing comfort level among consumers for an increasing number of administrative and shopping activities being managed by AI on their behalf.

  • Waaree appoints Carat as media partner

    Carat India has bagged the television media mandate for Waaree Energies Limited, manufacturer of solar PV modules. As per the mandate, Carat will oversee the brand’s television media across India exclusively.     Dentsu Creative celebrates the achievement of Devansh Chaudhary, Associate Creative Director – Copy, and Rohit Sharma, Art Director, who have won the Kyoorius Young Blood Award 2024 for their work ‘Cali: The Indian Denim Thread’. The winners will be honoured with the Red Elephant – an award that recognises excellence and innovation among young professionals under 28 years of age.

    Carat India has bagged the integrated media mandate for Meesho, the e-commerce marketplace. The account will be serviced from the agency’s Bengaluru office.

    As per the mandate, Carat will oversee a comprehensive suite of integrated and full-funnel media solutions for the brand.

    Dentsu, in partnership with Amdocs – a software and services provider, has launched the brand’s first-ever campaign in India. The campaign, ‘Live Amazing.
