    The TV commercial #IndiaCalling tells the story of young Indians setting off on journeys of discovery, encountering a country that’s moving in step with the tomorrow.

  • L&K Saatchi & Saatchi wins global mandate for VFS Global

    VFS Global, the outsourcing and technology servicing specialists for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, has appointed L&K Saatchi & Saatchi as their global creative agency. L&K Saatchi & Saatchi won the mandate following a multi-agency pitch.

     

    L&K Saatchi & Saatchi will be managing VFS Global’s marketing and branding mandate for all their operations worldwide.

  • Muthoot evangelises ‘Blue Soch’ via its campaign with Vidya Balan

    The Muthoot Pappachan Group, aka Blue Muthoot, has launched its new campaign #KahaaniBlueSochki with brand ambassador Vidya Balan. The key message that the campaign aims to drive is that the Muthoot Pappachan Group supports people with the Blue Soch and thus, empowers human ambition.

     

    The films have been conceptualised by L&K Saatchi and Saatchi.   • L&K Saatchi & Saatchi names Delna Sethna as CCO

    Law & Kenneth Saatchi & Saatchi has named (and elevated) Delna Sethna as its Chief Creative Officer across all its businesses. Prior to this, Sethna was leading some key global businesses such as P&G brands and Mondelez. She is now the creative face of Law & Kenneth Saatchi &Saatchi with immediate effect. She will continue to report to Anil S Nair, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of the agency.

     

    Speaking about the development, Nair said: “Delna has proved her creative mettle over and over, across all the brands she has worked for. Her creative and strategic thinking pushes the boundaries of traditional advertising to newer, unexplored areas.   • L&K S&S wins Muthoot Pappachan mandate

    The Muthoot Pappachan Group has appointed Law & Kenneth Saatchi & Saatchi as the creative agency on record. The group encompasses several businesses, including wide-spectrum Financial Services, Hospitality, Automotive, Realty, IT Services, Healthcare, Precious Metals, Global Services and Alternate Energy., among others.

     

    The account, which was won as a result of a multi-agency pitch, will be handled by the agency’s Mumbai office. The agency will be responsible for the ATL (Above The Line) as well as BTL (Below The Line) creative mandates.

  • Anil Nair in Saatchi global leadership team

    Anil S Nair, CEO and Managing Partner of L&K Saatchi & Saatchi India, has been inducted into the global leadership team of Saatchi & Saatchi. The team, under the leadership of Magnus Djaba, Global President, Saatchi & Saatchi, is looking at building  the future of the Saatchi brand and its business.

     

    The new  global leadership team represents Saatchi & Saatchi’s major offices and clients, all within the Publicis Groupe’s crucial path of transformation under the  Publicis Communications (PubCom) umbrella.

    It may be recalled that the Publicis Groupe had acquired the then independent Law & Kenneth in early 2014 and merged it with the Indian operations of Saatchi & Saatchi. As part of the merger process, the management of the new entity was that of the old L&K team, even though it was part of the Saatchi & Saatchi and hence Publicis Groupe. The step may be the next step towards L&K S&S being a wholly owned Publicis Groupe company. The earn-out period for Praveen Kenneth,  Co-Owner, Chairman and Managing Director L&K Saatchi & Saatchi is due to end later this year.

He has over 15 years of experience across agencies like Lowe Worldwide, Y&R, Ogilvy, TBWA& McCann in the past. He will be based out of the Mumbai office of the agency.

The agency’s Mumbai office will manage the mainline creative services for the high-end home appliances company, who’ve been retailing aspirational kitchens appliances in India since 1997.
