  • Kinnect bags TVS Raider mandate

    Kinnect has been awarded the digital mandate for TVS Raider. The agency has been working on some other TVS Motor’s brands like TVS StaR City+, TVS Sport and TVS Jupiter. Kinnect will be responsible for driving and delivering the overall social media campaigns of the brand. The mandate includes creative strategy and execution, social media management and online reputation management. The agency will also plan and execute performance focused media campaigns for the brand across all channels.

  • TVS salutes the ‘Stars behind the Stars’ with new digital campaign

     

     

    Celebrating the unsung heroes behind the success of popular stars, TVS StaR City+ and TVS Sport have rolled out a digital campaign – A salute to the stars behind the stars. As part of the digital campaign, the inaugural film focuses on four protagonists, who ardently work behind the scenes to make the game of cricket enjoyable and glorious for audiences. These individuals help star cricketers become high performing achievers with their commitment and passion. Stars are usually perceived to be famous personalities across various fields. While there are multiple platforms for the common middle class Indian to achieve stardom in today’s digital era, there are many unsung heroes passionately working in their respective fields without seeking stardom. These are the real Stars of their own stories!

     

    The campaign kick-starts with a digital film on cricket, in the wake of the ongoing IPL (Indian Premier League) series. The series will explore other topical sports in the coming times.

     

    The stars in the inaugural digital film include Ram Bhandari, bat maker – worked on bats of many famous players; Shaikh, coach – coaches Pranav Dhanawade world record holder of making 1000 runs in one innings; Ramesh Mane, Acu-masseur – worked with the Indian Cricket Team from 2005-2015; Prakash Dahatonde, statistician – records the achievements of young Indian cricketers and supplies the information to Wisden.

     

  • TVS Star City+ gets Mahi & Prabhu Deva to play up brand USP in new campaign

    TVS Motors has unveiled a festive campaign campaign around Pongal / Sankranti for its brand Star City+. The film highlights the distinctive style of the bike through a unique interplay between MS Dhoni, the brand’s continuing celebrity endorser and Prabhu Deva who has been specifically roped in for this campaign.

     

    The campaign features MS Dhoni who is shown inaugurating a TVS showroom on Pongal day dressed in typical South Indian attire of a Veshti (Dhoti) & shirt, but he is a bit hesitant to take a ride on the bike. Fortunately, Prabhu Deva is at hand to stylishly show MS Dhoni the way to tie up a dhoti in true South Indian style. The two then proceed to go on a joyride on the 1110cc motorcycle, TVS Star City+.

     

    The launch campaign is also supported with a teaser film and digital activity that is intended to pique curiosity with the audience of the unique coming together of two superstars, this festive season.
