  • Kinnect celebrates 10th anniv

    Like MxM, digital agency Kinnect too is celebrating its tenth anniversary this month. The agency reports adding 23 clients including Amazon Groceries, Amazon Devices, Amazon Fashion, Amazon miniTV, and Amazon Great Indian Festival from the Amazon ecosystem. Adding to its P&G portfolio of Ariel, Tide, and Old Spice, it now also manages the digital mandates of Pampers and Charlie Banana. Kinnect has also solidified its relationship with Zydus Wellness, earlier handled Everyuth Naturals and Complan, recently added Sugar Free from their gamut. Other additions include Monster Energy, Brillon SC Johnson, Vistara, and RPSG Group’s Too Yumm!.

     

    Kinnect’s media planning and buying vertical – Media Kinnect – too was bolstered with new client additions. The list comprises fashion brands like Peter England, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, The Collective, and Louis Philippe from Aditya Birla Fashion Retail Limited (ABFRL) and other prominent brands Coursera, TVS Motors, and Polycab.

     

    Notes a communique: “Kinnect continues to evolve and is always on the lookout for great talent. In light of the recent wins, it has accelerated hiring across geographies. Through its #HiringMarathon, the agency looks to hire over 100 professionals for numerous positions across various verticals.”

     

  • TVS Motors launches new campaign for Apache RTR 200 4V

    TVS Motor Company has launched a new campaign for TVS Apache RTR 200 4V. In this TVC, the motorcycle is featured on the racetrack. Being the winner of Indian Motorcycle of the Year 2017, the commercial also celebrates this major achievement.

    Commenting on the campaign, Arun Siddharth, Vice President- Marketing (Motorcycles), TVS Motor Company said, “The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, straight from the stables of TVS Racing, has been engineered basis our experience on the race track and with inputs from our racers. The purpose of the TVC is to effectively show the amalgamation of technology and racing pedigree. The TVC also showcases that we received the title Indian Motorcycle of the Year 2017.”

    “We believe there’s a perfect match between the spirit behind the Apache RTR 200 4V and the spirit of the finest racers. Which is that the best way to get better is to constantly outdo oneself. It is this spirit that the latest piece of communication for the Apache RTR 200 4V brings alive,” a spokesperson from Team McCann added.

  • TVS Star City+ gets Mahi & Prabhu Deva to play up brand USP in new campaign

    TVS Motors has unveiled a festive campaign campaign around Pongal / Sankranti for its brand Star City+. The film highlights the distinctive style of the bike through a unique interplay between MS Dhoni, the brand’s continuing celebrity endorser and Prabhu Deva who has been specifically roped in for this campaign.

     

    The campaign features MS Dhoni who is shown inaugurating a TVS showroom on Pongal day dressed in typical South Indian attire of a Veshti (Dhoti) & shirt, but he is a bit hesitant to take a ride on the bike. Fortunately, Prabhu Deva is at hand to stylishly show MS Dhoni the way to tie up a dhoti in true South Indian style. The two then proceed to go on a joyride on the 1110cc motorcycle, TVS Star City+.

     

    The launch campaign is also supported with a teaser film and digital activity that is intended to pique curiosity with the audience of the unique coming together of two superstars, this festive season.
