  • DDB Mudra Group elevates Sameer Mehta to President, TracyLocke India

    DDB Mudra Group announced the elevation of Sameer Mehta to the post of President, TracyLocke India. TracyLocke is the DDB Mudra Group’s Shopper Marketing, Field Marketing and Retail Solutions agency. In his new role, Sameer will report to Madhukar Kamath, Group CEO & MD, DDB Mudra Group.

     

    Sameer has been a part of the DDB Mudra Group since 2005 and has been instrumental in setting up and growing the Field Marketing, Retail Solutions and Shopper Marketing services for the group. Over the past decade, he has led the business transformation of this agency to offer the entire spectrum of these services under one roof. With 17 years of experience in this field, Sameer has knowledge and experience in helping businesses grow through interventions at the point of purchase and this has been utilized extensively for brands like Samsung, Motorola, Hindustan Unilever, Marico, Panasonic, Sony, Spice, Canon, Ricoh, Castrol, Nerolac, LG and TVS.

     

    Post the Mudra Group’s acquisition by Omnicom, Sameer has been a part of the team that has been entrusted to build the TracyLocke brand in India.

  • Shaleen Sharma appointed Vice President – Strategic Planning & Analytics for TracyLocke India

    Shaleen Sharma, Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Wire frame with an experience of 16 years, working across places like Boston Consulting Group, Mindshare, JWT etc. has joined TracyLocke as Vice President – Strategic Planning & Analytics. Shaleen would be reporting to Sameer Mehta, Head- Business & Operations, TracyLocke and would be the lead strategist across the agency’s clientele and service offerings that include shopper marketing, trade marketing and retail solutions.

     

    Having worked across various categories, he brings on board a significant understanding of consumer engagement, brand management & building strategic marketing platforms that combine digital, media & entertainment domains.

     

    Shaleen is currently working on the development of a qualitative tool that reveals human needs and motivations and places them in a contextual and cultural framework. The primary application of this tool is about driving a deeper connect between brands and their consumers. He has also developed a real time web analytics tool that is capable of integrating all the brand variables, like sales, click through rates, foot falls etc.

  • Samir Mehta and Pradeep Ramakrishnan to head TracyLocke India

    TracyLocke India, part of the DDB Mudra Group, announced that its operations will be headed by Samir Mehta, Head- Business & Operations and Pradeep Ramakrishnan will be given additional responsibility; apart from being VP, DDB MudraMax, Media he will also be Head – Strategy & Insights, TracyLocke India.

     

    Pratap Bose, COO, DDB Mudra Group, said: “Tracy LockeIndiawill help build the B2R (Business to Retail) practice for clients and will create strategies for converting consumers into shoppers. With the appointments of Samir Mehta and Pradeep Ramakrishnan, we now have the momentum to aggressively push the TracyLocke India agenda, and build a great shopper marketing and retail capability for our clients.”
