    Columbus India, the digital agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has won the digital media mandate for Premier Badminton League (PBL). The league goes live in this season from tomorrow, December 23 2017 till January 24, 2018.

     

    Speaking on the association, Prasad Mangipudi, Founder, Sportzlive said: “This relationship will help Sportzlive and PBL to get media engagement services from Columbus’ unique ‘Media Engagement Framework’, enabling the event to reach millions of digital audiences in India & abroad”.

  • SVG Columbus wins digital duties of Sportzlive

     

     

    SVG Columbus, the data-driven marketing agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has been appointed as the digital agency for SportzLive’s #CueSlam, India’s only Snooker and 9-Ball (Pool) league. The account was won following a direct pitch and will be handled out of the agency’s Delhi office.

     

    The assignment will involve using SVG Columbus’ expertise in the digital ecosystem for Social Media, ORM (Online Reputation Management), Web/Mobile user experience, Digital Media and real-time data-analytics for the ongoing CueSlam League.

     

    Commenting on the win, Prasad Mangipudi, Founder – Sportzlive said, “This relationship will help Sportzlive to be in control of it digital assets and user engagement using digital asset management and bespoke digital consumer engagement services deployed by SVG Columbus.”

  • Badminton Assoc awards PBL mandate to Sportzlive

    The business interests in badminton have been rising, and with the Silver win by PV Sindhu at the Rio Olympics, the game is sure to be seen with renewed interest by marketers. The Badminton Association of India (BAI) has now awarded the long-term rights of Premier Badminton League (PBL) to Sportzlive and Entertainment ahead of its PBL 2017 season. The first season of the relaunched Premier Badminton League, the official league of the BAI, was conducted in January 2016 and Sportzlive was the league’s marketing and commercial partner.

     

    Speaking on the occasion, Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta, President, Badminton Association said: “BAI, as the governing body for Badminton in India, is committed to the growth of the sport in India, and is extremely pleased to partner with Sportzlive in its endeavours to grow our sport in India. The recent performance of our players in the Olympics, and the Super Series events has strengthened our resolve to continue building the sporting ecosytem for badminton through such events and partnerships.
