  • Media.Monks names Robert Godinho as MD, Content

    S4 Capital’s operating brand Media.Monks has promotes Robert Godinho as Managing Director of Content India, to focus on best-in-class creative innovation, fuelled by AI and its talent hub.

    Godinho has been elevated from his role heading the Media.Monks India production hub and will now oversee all operations as Managing Director, Content in India, to reflect an expanded scope. Media.Monks India director Poran Malani, who was core in setting up the Media.Monks team in India, is set to leave the company.

  • MediaMonks collaborates with Epic Games

    MediaMonks has announced its collaboration with Epic Games, the creator of Unreal Engine. Keeping pace with R&D and fast expansion, MediaMonks will launch a new 8000 square feet studio in New Delhi with three smaller studios.

    Said Robert Godinho, Managing Partner, MediaMonks: “We are planning to be at the forefront of the APAC region for high-end shoots as well as shoots using Unreal Engine. MediaMonks and Unreal Engine come together seamlessly to merge art and tech.  Using our MegaGrant from Epic Games, our teams developed a production process and toolkit for implementing the Unreal Engine for the CPG industry. The aim is to take these learnings and apply them to an end-to-end product shoot for a real product with a side-by-side comparison of a virtual production versus a live production. The side-by-side comparison will determine best use cases, ease-of-use/integration on set, visual equality & flexibility; the financial efficiencies; and, most importantly, the final image outputs.”

  • MediaMonks hires Karan Amin as India Creative Lead

    MediaMonks, the content practice of S4Capital, has hired Karan Amin as Creative Director, India. Operating from MediaMonks’ Delhi office, Amin’s role will be critical in guiding and transitioning brands’ digital journey.

    As Creative head, Amin will lead the digital creative mandate for Indian and International clients looking for brand solutions across platforms and mediums.

     

     

  • MediaMonks announces content partnership with WhiteBalance

    Sir Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital’s content practice firm MediaMonks has agreed to a merger with Delhi-based content creation and production company, WhiteBalance. It may be recalled that S4 had appointed Poran Malani as S4 Capital’s Director for India as also opened an office in Bengaluru.

     

    With the merger, MediaMonks adds 50 experts to the team, with the intent of doubling the India business in the coming six months. MediaMonks will also continue to invest in growing the content studio in Bengaluru into a creative hub for APAC, and aims to size up the teams and studio facility in Delhi.
