  • MRSS appoints Retassh Bhansali as its Global CFO

    Majestic Research Services and Solutions Ltd (MRSS) has appointed Retassh Bhansali as its Global CFO of consolidated operations. He will be located in Singapore and India.

     

    On the addition, Raj Sharma, Chairman MRSS India said: “Bhansali is a professional with Domestic and International experience especially long stints in India and Singapore. To have him onboard fills an important void and will make our financial management engine more robust. We recognized that this is required and we have now reached the size to have a CFO of this stature and so we have timed this appointment appropriately.”

     

    Added Sarang Panchal, MD, MRSS India: “I am looking forward to work closely with Bhansali not only on the existing Singapore operations but also in reviewing other growth avenues internationally. Once, an acquisition is made, the culture integration becomes equally important as we have seen in the past in which again am expecting him to provide his wealth of experience.”

     

     

  • Indroneel Dutta joins MRSS as VP

    Majestic Research Services and Solutions Ltd has appointed veteran market research professional Indroneel Dutta as Vice-President (Client Servicing).

     

    Welcoming Indroneel to MRSS India, Raj Sharma, chairman of the company said, “With his extensive experience in consumer insight and marketing both in the Indian and global context, we are confident that he will take MRSS India to greater heights in the days to come.”

     

    A mechanical engineer from Jadavpur University aided with management degree in marketing from FMS, Delhi, Dutta will be responsible for the fast moving consumer goods vertical at MRSS India and will report to the board of the company.

     

    Expressing pleasure at being part of the MRSS family, Dutta said: “It’s an exciting time to be a part of the MRSS journey. They have created strong client relationships within a relatively short time frame. My remit is to increase the depth and value of these relationships over the next years to come.”

     

  • Majestic Research Services bags MP Tourism mandate to check customer satisfaction

    Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has mandated the recently BSE-SME listed Majestic Research Services and Solution Ltd to conduct customer satisfaction survey at all its locations across all seasons.

     

    During the survey the Majestic Research enumerators are going to interview more than 10,000 guests spread across 69 properties owned by MPTDC Ltd as per the survey mandate.

     

    Expressing pleasure at being shortlisted and selected to undertake the survey, Raj Sharma, Chairman- MRSS said, “In the last couple of years, in conjunction with FICCI, we have launched several reports viz. UPTM 2016, GITB 2016 and MICE 2016 establishing ourselves in the ‘Tourism’ space. The MP Tourism study is a step forward in that direction and should trigger a number of similar projects in the coming few quarters.”

     

    As per the tender norms by MP Tourism, the study would evaluate the satisfaction levels of guests at the units with their demographic profile owned by it or directly under its governance within a four month time frame.
