  • TikTok showcases exciting travel destinations with #YehMeraIndia

    TikTok has announced the India edition of its global in-app travel campaign, #TikTokTravel. The local in-app campaign #YehMeraIndia showcases India as a key global travel destination by inviting TikTok users to share their travel moments with the world.  As part of the campaign, Kerala Tourism launched its official account on TikTok and will be leveraging the platform to promote the state’s tourism.

     

    Said P Bala Kiran IAS, Director of Kerala Tourism: “We are thrilled to be one of the first state tourism boards to come onto TikTok and be part of #TikTokTravel and #YehMeraIndia. We truly believe that TikTok as a platform will effectively help us further promote Kerala as an attractive tourist destination in India. In fact, it is very encouraging to see that a number of Kerala’s travel hashtags already have millions of views on TikTok. There couldn’t have been a better time for us to kick-start our TikTok journey. TikTok’s global reach allows us to showcase Kerala’s myriad offerings to the world and we hope that people would like to visit the state themselves to experience all the wonderful destinations after discovering and sharing these TikTok videos.”

  • The Social Street bags five-year contract for Champions Boat League

    Kerala Tourism has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a consortium represented by E-Factor Entertainment and The Social Street (AMP Communications) for the branding, promotions, marketing and revenue generation activities of the Champions’ Boat League (CBL). Following a multi-agency pitch,Kerala Tourism appointed the consortium as its official agency of record. The consortium will be responsible for all promotional activities of the league for the next five years starting 2019 until 2023.

  • Kerala Tourism unveils new monsoon-themed campaign

    In a bid to entice travelers during the monsoon season, Kerala Tourism has rolled out a variety of campaigns. The department is to accord prominence to its monsoon tourism campaigns considering the possibility of attracting more travellers who would wish to enjoy the rains in the state.

     

    Said P Bala Kiran, Director of Kerala Tourism: “The state offers the vacationers a chance to rediscover nature, rekindle relationships, and reconnect with life by indulging into various activities such as trekking, ayurvedic massage, river rafting and numerous more. Kerala Tourism has also been inviting travel enthusiasts to participate in ##comeoutandplay challenge.”

     

     

  • Kerala Tourism launches #GoKerala campaign to boost tourist arrivals

    The Tourism Department of Kerala has launched a marketing campaign“#GoKerala”in association with HolidayIQ in order to promote tourism.Under this campaign, five lucky couples will get a chance to win a 10-day, all-expense paid trip to Kerala and visit unexplored and pristine destinations of Kerala.

     

    #GoKeralacampaignis a content led, multiple platform campaign with a dedicated microsite, integrated touchpoints and targeted reach. The experiential campaign, unlike traditional marketing campaigns, is completely powered by the holiday experiences and reviews of authentic travellers across the country.
