    As India marks her 77th Independence Day, K Raheja Corp has unveild a music campaign titled #PragatiKiDhun. It has been created by the real estate major’s inhouse corporate communications Team. The idea though, adds a communique, was born during an ideating discussion with its social media agency, The Small Big Idea.

     

    Speaking on the musical’s launch, Cheryl D’souza Waldiya, AVP – Corporate Communications, K Raheja Corp said: “Through #PragatiKiDhun, we have endeavoured to capture the myriad everyday positive encounters that Indians experience with our brands. We have artfully woven distinct sounds from construction sites and each of our brands, harmonising them to weave in the melody of the iconic patriotic song Saare Jahaan se Accha. The purpose is to ignite a sense of patriotism, while highlighting the pivotal role that the real estate industry plays in propelling India’s advancement, beyond of bricks and mortar.”

     

     

  • K Raheja launches campaign for Raheja Visatas across media

    Realty major K Raheja Corp has unveiled a major campaign for the last and 11th tower of its gated community Raheja Vistas in Mumbai’s Andheri East. The campaign is targeted largely at, double-income young families with children the age of 5-15 years; essentially employed in senior management seeking an improved lifestyle for their family.

     

    Conceptualised by Utopeia Communicationz, the campaign showcases the camaraderie of the residents at Raheja Vistas and offers buyers their last chance to be a part of the Raheja Vistas community.

  • K Raheja Corp unveils campaign focusing on ++ Living

    K Raheja Corp has announced its newest luxury residential offering at Raheja Vista Premiere Pune christened ‘Eternia’. Launching its multi-media campaign pegged on the acronym ++ Living, the month-long campaign which has just launched, will focus on the Pune market with compelling executions across print, outdoor, radio and digital.

     

    The campaign invites customers to an experience of ‘++ Living’ amidst roomy two and three bedroom apartments. These are complimented by the equally vast outdoor spaces that house swimming pools, a yoga deck, a basketball court, skating rink, squash court, tennis courts and more, spread an expanse which equals the size of four football grounds.

     

    The multi-media campaign will also go online with a microsite and a combination of Google display ads and social media.

    Conceptualised by Utopeia Communicationz a series of discussions led to the selection of ‘++ Living’ – which implies only the most luxurious living experience across all attributes of the property.

    Leading real estate developers K Raheja Corp has launched a marketing campaign pegged on ‘space’. The campaign communication reads ‘Space makes all the difference’. Developed for Raheja Vistas Premiere – Pune, the campaign will roll out in the Pune market in phases across the mediums of print, radio and digital. The print ads juxtapose cramped lettering with well laid out text to elucidate the need for, and value of- space.

     

    Conceptualised by creative agency Utopeia Communicationz, the campaign aims to drive home the invaluable message that ‘Space is the ultimate luxury’: 20 acres of space for spacious floor plans; grand parking spaces; a 7-acre greenland with best in class amenities; space that allows one to enjoy the luxury of privacy; peacefully enjoy festivals and special occasions; space in a gated, serene community.
