    Uber’s advertising division and Uber India have launched Journey Ads, and partnering with Httpool by Aleph to help connect India’s brands with ad solutions.

  • Rucha Bhalekar to helm marketing for Httpool

    Httpool has announced the appointment of Rucha Bhalekar as Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications activities across the APAC region. She will be based out of Httpool’s Mumbai office and in addition to India will also responsible also for Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Bangladesh. She will report to Sunny Nagpal, Co-Founder and Regional Managing Director of Httpool APAC, and lead the brand marketing, and communication function to support and accelerate the growth of Httpool and its partners, including Twitter, Facebook, GrabAds, Lifesight, Opera, and others. Before joining Httpool, she led marketing, public relations, and corporate communications for Isobar India.

     

    Commenting on the appointment, Nagpal said: “At Httpool, we continue to invest in the right talent and build a leadership base in India to support regional expansion in Asia. Rucha’s experience in building local and global brands will be an important asset as we take Httpool to a more geographically widespread audience in the Asian countries.”
