  • Megha Kapoor is head of content at Vogue

    Conde Nast has announced the appointment of Megha Kapoor as Head of Editorial Content, Vogue India. In her new role, Kapoor will oversee Vogue India’s editorial operations. She takes over from longstanding editor-in-chief Priya Tanna who moved on earlier this year.

    “Megha’s experience as an editor, stylist, and creative director has equipped her with a unique ability to anticipate where the industry is headed,” said Anna Wintour, global editorial director, Vogue, and chief content officer, Condé Nast. “We’re excited to welcome her back to Vogue after she started her fashion career at Vogue Australia, and I look forward to seeing Vogue India continue to reach new audiences under her leadership.”

    Kapoor was most recently editor and creative director of Inprint magazine, which she also founded. Prior, she was the fashion editor for Oyster Magazine, and began her career as a fashion assistant at Vogue Australia. Sge currently resides in Sydney and will be relocating to India in the coming months. She holds a Bachelors of Law and Arts from the University of Melbourne.

     

  • Jaya Chaudhry to head media sales at Bloomberg

    Bloomberg Media has appointed Jaya Chaudhry to manage the India market and focus on growing revenues across Bloomberg’s media offerings. Based out of the New Delhi office, she would look at strategy, sales and spearhead custom-led solutions for the market. She will handle strategy, sales and custom solutions for key Bloomberg Media offerings in India including digital, TV, print and events.

     

    Prior to Bloomberg, Chaudhry has worked with Times Network, Conde Nast, BBC Worldwide.

     

     

  • Conde Nast announces key senior appointments

    Condé Nast India today announced the appointment of Jabir Merchant as Chief Digital Officer – Sales and Maharsh Shah as Creative Producer – Fiction. Both will report to Alex Kuruvilla, Managing Director of Condé Nast India.

  • Conde Nast announces global initiatives to meet Paris Climate Accord

Condé Nast now becomes the first media company to sign the Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action and to make packaging pledges as part of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation New Plastics Economy Global Commitment.
