  • The Mavericks wins Ultraviolette mandate

    The Mavericks India has won the national communications mandate of the electric mobility high speed sportsbike brand – Ultraviolette. As part of the engagement, The Mavericks will provide integrated communications and end-to-end campaign planning and execution across all media platforms, and overall strategic counsel for the brand.

  • Hill+Knowlton Strategies announces leadership change in India

    H+K Strategies has announced that Kavita Rao has been named Interim Chief Executive of H+K Strategies India, effective immediately. Current India CEO, Chetan Mahajan is leaving to pursue personal interests.

     

    Commenting on the executive shift, Jack Martin, Global Executive Chairman and CEO, said: “We welcome Kavita Rao, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of Strategic Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Kavita will be working closely with me and my team as she moves our India operation forward.”

  • Hill+Knowlton Strategies wins mandate for Pogo

     

     

    Following a competitive multi-agency pitch, Hill+Knowlton Strategies has been awarded the public relations business for Pogo, Turner International’s children’s channel in India.

     

    The appointment will see Hill+Knowlton Strategies roll-out integrated communications solutions for Turner Broadcasting’s kids’ entertainment channel, to drive greater engagement with families and children across India.

  • Hill+Knowlton Strategies India appoints Chetan Mahajan as President & CEO

    Hill+Knowlton Strategies India (H+K) has appointed Chetan Mahajan as President & CEO of H+K India (called IPAN earlier). Mahajan joins from MSLGroup where he has been Managing Director of 20:20 MSL and Publicis Consultants Asia.

     

    Mahajan takes over leadership of H+K from Radhika Shapoorjee who will continue to lead H+K India until Mahajan joins in the new year to ensure a smooth transition, and will then leave to pursue other opportunities.  Mahajan began his career at 20:20 Media where he worked as head of operations before 20:20 Media was acquired by MSL. After the acquisition, he led 20:20 MSL and Publicis Consultants Asia with a proven track record of business success working on high-profile clients. He has also served as the President of Public Relations Consultants Association of India.

Srinivas joins 20:20 MSL from Porsche, where he was Head of Press for the India market. He will work closely with the Auto practice across the offices of 20:20 MSL. Srinivas’ rich experience in media and communications will step up the quality of the agency’s engagement with its roster of auto clients through a combination of thought leadership and strategic insights.

They will report directly to Glenn Osaki, MSLGROUP Asia President.
