  • Dentsu Webchutney gets Avinash Joshi to head social advocacy

    Dentsu Webchutney, the digital agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has announced the appointment of Avinash Joshi as VP and Head of Social Advocacy. He will report to Anil Kumar, EVP and Head- Delhi NCR, Dentsu Webchutney. His last stint was at Reliance Jio where he was AVP and Head of Social.

     

    Commenting on his assignment, Joshi said: “Social has fundamentally changed the consumer decision process and purchase path. Today, consumers have access to an exponentially growing number of opinions, tastes, and preferences via social connections.     Cheil Worldwide SW Asia has announced the appointment of Avinash Joshi as Media Director, where he will be responsible for the agency’s social media practice.

     

    Joshi is an accomplished digital marketing expert with over 15 years of experience in leveraging social insights, trends in emerging technology and human interaction to understand, explain, predict and influence consumer behaviour in digital, social and emerging channels.
